93' 850 signal/flasher relay location??? 850

Anyone know where the relay for the turn signal / flasher is located?
I have looked by the fuses and under steering column and find nothing that looks like the replacement relay.
This is one of those quirky intermittent electrical issues. Everything is fine and then after driving the car I turn it off and the right front turn signal light and right rear red parking light stay on. If I turn the car on Right turn signal blinks once or not at all... left works fine.

Only way to turn lights off after shutting down is by removing fuse... I might come back later on and replace fuse and everything works fine for a week and then it happens again...
I have bought a replacement relay and would like to see if that works but cannot find location..
any ideas about this issue and location of relay?

Any way to test relay health once I find it?
