Check engine and ABS lights on, no codes 850 1994

You didn't check A6???
The ABS light will not turn off until you exceed 17mph which is when the ABS does its system check. If the 213 and 214 come back, then check the wiring and the axle. The axle tends to ger rust build up over time and the toothed area can no longer be read by the sensors. You have to look behind the rotor to see the area. A wire brush works wonders if you wear safety goggles.
