Pulling to the right V70-XC70 1998

Has anyone had the problem of your car consistently drifting to the right? I've had the problem a number of times. One time they replaced the idler arm or control arm-- I don't remember which-- and it helped for a short time and then I started to have the problem again. I just took the car in again and they aligned it and it didn't help at all. Any ideas? It drifts enough so that when I take my hand off the wheel, within a pretty short time the car would be going off the road.
