You didn't clean the part that people (I) suggested to clean in order to lower idle rpm's. There is an idle control bypass that is mounted right beside the throttle body. Sometimes, components in their stick, or sometimes build ups prevent it from closing adequately, therefore causing the high idle.

I used to idle around 900-50 rpm, but ever since I cleaned it out, I've been down around 750-800rpm.
