"Check Engine" codes 850 94

My "check engine" light came on and I retrieved two codes. The first,

3-2-5. The Haynes Manual showed this one as ECU Memory Loss. The battery had been disconnected during service. The second, 3-1-5 doesn't appear at all--not even on the Bay 13 website list of A2 codes. Please help. I am also not able to reset the light using the directions given. I have done this lots of times in the past. But, for some reason it's not working this time.
