Smoke from exhaust in Toronto! 850 1994

1994 Turbo 850 with 245000 km.(IPD chip, hi flow Catalytic converter, exhaust and downpipe) I drive this car very hard sometimes for more than 1 hour at at time. Recently when I'm driving I am starting to see copiouse amounts of smoke when the turbo first kicks in. This only happens once after the first time on turbo there is no more smoking. I figure the turbo is going fast or GONE already. Has this happened to anyone else.

If this is the case I would like to replace it with a slightly larger Mitsubishi turbo. Any suggestions and excellant shops in GTA.
