Re: swimmers 850 1997

John: the reason that YOU saw 122's and other VoVo wagons when YOU were in high school is that MY generation bought, used, crashed and trashed all the old 'woodie' station wagons, and hearses, and old Cadillac ambulances before you were born! Throw in a few old Ford vans (no windows): all those old vejhicles could hold the older (shorter) boards, maybe with a few exceptions: then the back door and tailgate window was left open; a few even went up on the roof rack. It was bitchin', brudda. Water polo? Swimmers? Surfers without boards...but just one more way to enjoy The Water...from whence we all originate. Hang in there, hang on, hang 10. -PD.
