full economy problem. 850 1995

The A2 3-1-5 is a leak in the EVAP system, somewhere between the fuel tank, the charcoal cannister, and the intake manifold.

As to fuel economy, I suspect one of the vacuum lines was not properly replaced, or there is a leak in the intake manifold gasket. Spray some carb cleaner at the gasket with the engine at idle and see if the idle changes, noting a leak. Dont forget the intake pipe to the throttle body or the vacuum tree.
