Unknown source of vibration V70-XC70 1999

Car has been diagnosed by dealer and specialty tire supplier. I have low level steering wheel vibration as well as tire vibration; this occurs at around 45 mph and under. I have brand new Michelin top of line tires; tires and wheels I am told are perfectly round and balanced. Car got new alignement, so that is not problem. Shocks were tested by dealer, so that is not problem. Dealer also says drive train is fine. Dealer and tire guy agree that there is vibration, but no one seems able to pinpoint it.

Car has 50,700 miles. I did have a front end accident 2 years ago, but was mostly cosmetic and this problem is only in last 6 months.

Help....anyone????!!!!!
