Pressure for Flushing Brake System w/ABS S80

I've seen it stated that flushing the brake fluid in a car with ABS requires up to 30psi of pressure. The procedure on alldata.com calls for between 29 and 43 psi. I've always thought that pressure any higher than about 15psi can pop the reservoir off the master cylinder.

Which is correct, 15 or 30+ psi??

The alldata procedure also calls for the bleed to start at the left front wheel (closest). Again, I've always started with the right rear (furthest).

Is this an ABS thing? Should I really start with the front left?
