Any meaning to the paint dab color on Volvo Coils? 850

Hello All,

I'm sorting out some issues after installing new shocks, and I was wondering if there was any meaning to the paint dab color on Volvo Coils?

I know other manufacturers use color coding for grading of parts like performance grade etc...

I wonder of my VIN would be helpful in shedding any light?
Also, I measured the sway-bars on a 96 turbo wagon, and they where smaller than the ones on my 96 NA 855. I know both are stock so what gives?

Thanks
