Stearing wheel "jerks" while driving 850 1994

I have the sport suspension, that might have somthing to do with this on going problem. It has been like this since I can remember but when driving at low or high speeds, the wheel will slightly "jerk" as if i hit a bump. its not even enough to throw you off a straight line when going 80mph but my wife thinks its "unsafe" hehe anyway, any suggestions on what it could be?? thanks a lot! ~cody
