2002 S60 S60

My neighbor has has a 2002 S60 it runs good for a while then it has a lack of power. Won't go over 40, soon it is 30 and runs real rough. Any ideas?

He got the codes at autozone or similar.

Results were:
1. P1026 fuel air metering
2. P2177 Bank 1 system too lean

The person taking the reading explained that the air flow meter / mass air
sensor need to be replaced.
Their part # Cardone 74-50009 @ $80.99

The second reading (system too lean) might be caused by the bad mass air
sensor.
If not then either the upstream sensor $218.00 or the downstream sensor

Thanks
