Where to find E-code lenses or entire headlamps? 850

For those of you that haven't read one of my previous posts, I am in a position to acquire a Philips 9006 HID conversion kit at a great price, but was hesitant as I am worried the HID's will cause a glare problem.

I was told the regular DOT approved lenses would cause glare, but that the e-code wouldn't. Does anyone know where I can find e-code lenses or entire headlamps at obviously the best price?
