OBD-II readout system for all codes, not just engine 850 1997

Have just moved to Norway with my 97 850 turbo wagon. Volvo shop prices here are even worse than in the US. Is there any OBD-II read-out system on the market (for either a laptop PC, MacIntosh, or separate) that I can use to access ALL codes, not just those relating to the engine? Have looked at those in Schucks and Checkers before I moved, for around $400, but they are mostly just for engine. Dick
