Kit for rear heated seats 850 1997

Would like to install rear heated seats in my 850, but was told by Volvo service in the States that this was only a factory accessory option. I discovered you can buy the heating pad from Volvo parts but not the wiring hookup kit and switches (the back console has knockouts for the switches but is not prewired). Have not yet checked with Volvo parts here in Norway to discover if you can buy the heating pad as well as the installation kit. I talked with IPD in Portland this summer and they said they get many such calls on the rear heated seats, were thinking of marketing the heating pad and kit, but as yet haven't gotten around to it. Advice, please.

). I talked with IPD about it and they said they get many inquiries and were thinking of marketing the heating pad and kit, but it doesn't look they've gotten around to it yet. I'm now in Norway with my car but haven't checked yet with the Volvo parts people over here to know if I can get the installation kit along with the pad. Advice, please.
