Any one have problem with the key stuck inside the ignition switch and wont come out ?? 400 2000

My key stuck inside the ignition swith can not turn the key back to 0 to remove the key.... it will start and shut off but the key will not come out.. Just like to know do other have the same problem...

I try to turn the whell and rock the key spray W40 not thing get it out...

defected ?? recallll ???

Car will go back to shop tomorrow still under warranty but it is suck...
