blowing smoke!! rings? valve seals? or turbo? 850

Car has started to blow white smoke and i feel pretty confident that it is burning oil...but it ONLY happens after it idles for a while..the more idle the more smoke..this is how it goes
drive drive drive..nothing no smoke drives fine
idle for 2-3 minutes no smoke WHILE idleing
after i pull away from the long idle big white puf of white smoke..
it would stand to reason that the car is smoking all the time but that i cant see it due to me driving..but i dont think so as i've drive behind it trying to watch out for smoke on the highway..

Car is a high miler 270k miles..
from what i can tell original turbo..head never been off..
