My impression of Toyo snows 850 95

HI,

Just got back a trip to Northwest Montana from Alberta & my first chance to try out the new Toyo winter tires on my wife`s 850 wagon. WE replaced the Gislaveds that were getting worn after 3 seasons with the Toyo`s on the recommendation of a friend & also a tire guy as well. The road conditions were somewhat icy & covered with hard packed snow; I felt the Toyo`s really

didn`t give me the same sense of traction(a feeling of security) as the Gislaveds did. We bought the Toyo`s hoping they would perform as well as the Gislaveds while saving a few bucks in the process. If I were doing it again(and I might be!) I`d definitely go with Gislaveds.

Anyone else out there tried the Toyo`s in real winter conditions?

Regards,

Rich.
