There are a couple of access hatches in the rear of the assembly, so you can change bulbs. These must seal tightly.

Before you seal up the assembly, heat it up by having the lights on so some of the water vapor can escape.

If you let this condition persist, the water will mix with dirt particles and dull the reflective material. If you wind up removing the lense, do NOT try to clean or touch the reflective material. It is extremely thin and will come off.
