Is the "drive belt' and 'serpentine belt' the same thing? 850 1997

The Serpentine belt runs the alternator, PS, AC compressor, and should be replaced around the 50K mark. It usually lasts as long as the timing belt.

The timing belt is a 70K mile replacement on your car. The Tbelt runs the cams and the water pump.

The "drive belt" is usually refered to the serpentine belt in USA cars.
