I hate understeer 850 1997

I have an 850R wagon that plows like a ox when entering/exiting turns too fast or when enjoying the local highway cloverleaf. It is a bone stock 97 850R wagon with the R rims and 205/45/17 ZR Yokohama tires. No strut braces or anything.

Does anyone know of a fix or mod that will help correct this? I've had the car for 3 months and now it's time to start the upgrades.

I will be replacing the struts in January and I was considering elongating the 3 strut bolt holes by about 1/4" towards the rear of the car to improve the caster. Has anyone ever tried this? Any suggestions?
