98 S70 with bent valves S70

Going to look at a S70 tomorrow that threw the timing belt. Seller states two bent valves per her mechanic. The car has 140,000 miles on it. They are asking $750 for it. The head is off it. I am going to look closely at the valves, turn the cam, look at the oil and coolant, turn the crank, look closely at the cylinder walls and at the cylinder tops for signs of clashing with the valves. Anything else I should look for so I don't buy a car with block damage? I'm leaning towards replacing the bent valves, guides, seats or get a head from a junker. And all the right parts when putting it back together.
