850 Turbo PSI

I was wondering what a stock 1995 850 Turbo PSI is? I am guessing either 8.6psi or 8.9psi but I was wondering what it is thanks. I am playing on modifiying my wastegate to run 10.9psi to match the 850 R, however I cant remember what my turbo is running at, and since each full turn of the wastegate adjustment rod = about .725psi I need to know what I am starting at. Thanks agian
