Can dying battery throw codes? 850 1996

Does anyone know if a dead or dying battery can throw codes?

Specificly I got:

EGR - intermitent fault too hot

T.P. - intermetent out of position

1418 - unknown fault (Though it could be: P1418 Split Air #1 Circuit, Malfunction, B1418 Passenger Power Window Motor Circuit Failure, C1418 Damper RF Circuit Failure)

Thanks

Scott
