Do you see signs of heat damage on the connector to the bulbs?

The wiring on the 850/_70 is quite underdesigned. You may have a wiring deficiency problem as I and many other 850 owners have had.

What bulbs are you using?

Low quality (coloured, fake HID, etc.) bulbs often burnout at faster rates.

Are the bulbs being installed properly?

NEVER touch the glass portion of the bulb. The smallest amount of contamination, usually in the form of oil from your fingertips, will often cause the bulbs to bulb to be damaged.
