wiring diagram please 850 1996

Ihave a '96 850 w/ the 20 valve n/a motor. the car is an automatic and has 99,850 miles I've been having fuel delivery problems and have replaced the pump, w/ no fix. Now I'm trying to check out both relays. the pump runs for a few secs when the key is on . when It starts it sounds normal and then starts to get rough and just get worse untill a few mins oass then it quits. I'm now trying to find a wiring diagram for a 96 850. My haynes manual gives all diagrams even the interior lightes but none on the fuel system I've done some searching but just found some deadlinks and some for 95 and older
