P1171 S80 1999

I have a '99 S80 and can't figure out what's wrong. I have been getting plenty of different codes, but each time I replace something, I get code P1171. I have replaced my M.A.F., cleaned my E.T.M., replaced coils 1,2,and 3 (still getting a misfire code on those coils), cleaned my P.C.V. and injectors, and a few others. I am in a desperate need of help. Right now, I am getting about 14 mpg and idle is rough. I need to replace my timing belt along with replacing some cam-shaft seals (weekend project). So, has anyone else had this haunting P1171? How'd you get it to leave your car alone? Dealership keeps charging me about $45 every time I run the car on their diagnostics machine. Thanks for the help, guys.
