Well, your dealer was VERY wrong to charge you anything for labor as it's completely covered as I said, including labor. The dealer gets paid by Volvo for this, like ALL warranty work.

I wouldn't drive 40 miles just for 2 free headlight bulbs either but you'ld be surprized how many people do.

BTW, Volvos policy with headlight bulbs now is replace both at the same time, not just one so that you hopefully won't have the same experience again within a short time period.
