Hannu,

Gently pry down the lenses by inserting a small flat-blade screwdriver into the notch on the end facing you. After you remove the lenses you will find two torx head screws.

Remove these and push the panel slightly towards to windsheild to release it. To remove it from the car, you will need to unplug the wiring harness.

BE CAREFUL not to drop the screws. They are very small and almost impossible to find.
