Thermostat replacement V70-XC70 2004

They sold me the wrong thermostat. It is larger and looks like the one I put in my old S70. Unfortunately, I didnt discover it was incorrect until I opened the thermstat housing on my V70. Once open is does not appear easy to keep the thermostat in place while putting the housing back together. I closed it up without any thermostat in place so the car remains driveable while I sort this out. Bummer
