correct rim size 850 1994

After being told recently that I had 3 out of four bent rims during a routine wheel alignment & balance, I decided to replace them with some steel rims. Every thing seemed fine until Thanksging when we had the rear seat full of inlaws. There was a slight scraping noise or rubbing sound from the left wheel area. I could not see anything obvious rubbing & the noise only happened with a full load and at slow speeds. The new rims are marked 6J by 15 by 25, they were made in Italy and do have Volvo writen on them as well. I have a P195/60 R15 tire on the car. Is the problem the tire, the new rims, something else, or just a load of fat inlaws? The car is a 94 850 sedan, non turbo. Thanks for your help.
