Fuel Pump Relay Quick Question!

Nothing can stop you from direct wiring the fuel pump or replacing the FPR with a relay not designed to the task. And if you think your safety is only worth $30, you probably ought to trade in your Volvo for a Yugo.

If, for some reason beyond your control, your car's engine stops and the fuel pump keeps on working and the first responders stand back and watch it burn, don't blame others. The fuel pump can empty your full tank in less than 1 minute.
