Interior color code/Repair Manual S70 1998

On the tag in the front left fender area under the hood there are some numbers (right side of the tag) as follows:

3990

421-42

I believe the interior color code is 3990. Is this correct? Also, what is the best repair manual to use (Chilton's, etc.)? Thanks!
