Has anyone has experience with an eBay seller whose alias is YKM? She sells wood dash kits. I bought an 850 kit from her and have not had a pleasant experience. I made two mistakes. The first was not closely checking out what differences there were between the picture and the diagram on this page:

You'll notice that the photo is of a heated seat car. The diagram is for a car w/o heated seats.

Mistake two was not inspecting the package when it arrived. Two of the pieces are cracked, but not badly. The good news is that this is a nice looking rosewood kit.

I have sent 2 emails and left one phone message this week. I have received no responses. I haven't posted negative feedback yet, but if I don't get this resolved, I will. I'm not looking for a complete refund, she was clear about that on the auction page. I'm just looking for some help.

However, I'm betting I won't hear back, from her, so I'll let the kit go for 65.00, shipping included. The cracks are in the upper LH corners of the top dash piece and the shifter cover.
