Re: Changer E-01 Error Code 850 95

Same problem occured with my changer, twice. Once a disc was stuck under the laser and would not retract into cartridge. This required removal of the changer completely, not difficult, and then careful and patient disassembly to remove jammed disc. Next time error message happened I simply exchanged all discs in the cartridge ( nothing was jammed but not sure which one was the culprit ) and placed the re-stocked cartridge back in the changer. I did this with the radio turned off... not sure if that was important. Start car turn on radio and heard familiar "loading" sound and disc displayed and no problem ever since. In your case maybe first make sure the jammed disc is not still in the changer.
