1997 prewired for driving lights? 850 1997

I recently installed foglights on my 1997 GLT. After I had removed the front bumper and was upside down on my back searching for the foglight leads clipped to the inside front fenders, I noticed two leads hanging down about the center of the radiator. I knew they weren't for the foglights because I found the foglight leads in the fender wells ala the Volvo bulletin. I contacted several Volvo dealers about the two leads hanging down in the center, whether they were for driving lights, test leads, etc., and all of them pleaded ignorance about what they were for. Anybody out there know? Dick
