ATF Change S70 2000

Another ATF question... My '02 has 22.5k miles. The ATF looks to be a reddish brown. Bay 13 recommends changing ATF at 20-25k. Volvo owners manual mentions it should be inspected at 30k. Family member who spent decades in the car industry recommends every two years. Given the car is going in this week for warranty repairs (again), would you suggest having the ATF changed now and then flushed at 50-60k. Local dealer charges $50 for an ATF change and $100 for the flush. Seems reasonable. As always, thanks for your help.
