I responded to a message you posted back in November about your cruise control not working. I searched the archives and found a post about the vacuum line under the battery tray (from Chris on November 11, 2001), but get an error when I try to open it.

Would you mind forwarding your e-mail version of this to me or recapping what you did to repair it? Dealer wants $165 to fix this and I'm trying to save $$$ to send my son to college!
