Can the CV Joint Boot be replaced with out remove the axle from the car 850

1994 850 NON-TURBO 2.4 LITER

Doing check under car for fuel leaks on fuel line pressure issue (see previous post) and noticed that the passengers’ side CV axle boot at the wheel hub is torn.

I figure the easy way to fix is just to replace the boot with the axle still on the car.

Can the CV Joint Boot be replaced with out remove the axle from the car. I have seen posting that the say “C clip” has to be removed not sure what this is referring to?

Has anyone does this, how do you take the CV joint apart/reassemble so that you can remove it to put a new boot on?

Is there any diagram/postings set procedure?

What parts are needed?

Thank you for the help.
