Hotmail lists you in their white pages by default UNLESS you're sure to unlist yourself. Once listed, all sorts of BS and sex related items will be sent to you. That one you've mentioned is just one of many that you'll get so ignore it. If you've sent e-mail back, they'll now certainly keep sending you more stuff too unless you send them a "remove from list" or whatever message in the subject box. If you've ever used that e-mail address at ANY porn site, you'll be flooded with mail too.

You'ld be best to ignore that e-mail address and just start over with another one but be sure to unlist yourself from thier white pages and don't sign up for anything "free". There's NOTHING Free on the 'net.
