Difference in Exhaust Manifolds 850

Are we talking about one of those flex connections that consists of an accordian type pipe section wrapped in a SS woven "cloth"?

My '95 GLT has a simpler flex joint that is the connection between the manifold and CAT pipe. The clamping bolts are spring loaded and oriented in the same direction as the pipe, allowing it to move around. 1995 MY difference or maybe a manual transmission difference? FWIW it doesn't have EGR either.

Regards,
Will
