Loaner car question... 850 95

Can someone clarify the loaner car policy to me? I thought all the Volvo dealers in the U.S. have an agreement with Volvo North America that they will provide Volvo loaner cars to the customers who require extended service. I used to get Volvo loaner from my dealer. I took it to a different Volvo dealer this time and they gave me a '98 Ford "Roll Me Over" Explore.

I asked my advisor, "what is your management thinking? I come to you in one of the safest car on earth and you want me to leave in one of the unsafest car on earth."

His reply, "well, you will apperciate your Volvo even more when you come back."

I said, "that is if I can make it back in this POS."

Later,

Kenneth
