Cheetos, Diet Cokes, hamburgers????? Yikes...I am surprised that a Lexus dealership would let their salespeople even eat that stuff in their cars. Our salespeople do not get demos as is usually the case with most Volvo Retailers. We even put stickers inside the cars that prohibit smoking. If we suspect a customer smoked in the car, we talk to them and if they do it again then they will not get another loaner again.

I agree with you on the fact that at Lexus they have an extremely high service lever for their customers; they are the standard at which we should all strive to be at...they are the standard that our dealership is trying to get to with all the different perks we try to give our customers along with a "fix it right the first time" thinking.
