Lightbulb changing XC90 2004

I've never tackled dash light changes, even back to my '77 242, but it's time to attempt this if the job is straight forward.

I have a '04 XC90 and some of the backlights in the stereo switches have gone out. It's be nice to have them back again.

Do you know how I access those bulbs?
