Axxis Metal Masters Squeal Like a Stuck Pig-Alternatives? 850 95

I recently replaced my stock (and warped) front and rear rotors with Powerstop Rotors, which are cross drilled Brembo rotors. Based on various opinions, I also replaced the pads with Axxis Metal Master pads, which are now squealing like crazy (both front and rear seem to be noisy). BTW, my primary objective was to get a rotor that would have a longer life before warping than the stock rotors, which led me to try the cross drilled style (holes provide a path for hot brake gasses, etc, etc). Before I throw in the towel and go back to stock pads, I wanted to ask if anyone else that has had this problem (I know I'm not alone!) has found any other alternative pads (Kevlar, Axxis regular, Mintex, Raybestos, etc). I know that the stock pads will generate a lot more dust, but I can't stand the screeching too much longer-it gets progressively worse as the brakes heat up, culminating in a veritable chorus of screeching after about 20 minutes. I have already regreased the pad interfaces to the caliper with Syl-Glide and only got minimal improvement. I think I can live with pads that wear out faster as long as they stop my car (it's only on the street, not the track) and don't make such a huge racket, but I need some recommendations. If anyone has solved this problem for their squeaky brakes, please share your notes. Thanks in advance.
