Rotten Egg Smell S70 1998

I recently purchased a used S70. From the first day, it has had a smell of rotten eggs. The dealer says it is the Sulpher content in the fuel I use. He says change gas from Mobil to Sunoco and the problem will go away. After 6 weeks there is no sign of the smell diminishing. Dealer also says that this high Sulpher content in the fuel is a regional problem. I have never smelled this regional problem in any other vehicle. Is is somthing about Volvo? They counsel me to keep trying the Sunoco fuel for another month. They also suggested using a product called Marvel Mystery Oil as a gas additive. Does anyone have any other solution or ideas. Not sure where to turn.

Thanks

Bob
