Volvo Buying Question

ok...so far I've gotten them to bring the price down a bit however I had someone inspect the car and there are three issues:

1. one of the fog lights are cracked with a piece of the lens missing...trying to find just the lens but I don't think it's available...a whole assembly is $80.

2. the wiper fluid isn't coming out, probably needs one or both pumps $32 and $25 respectively.

3. big question...the gas gauge doesn't work. Still need to find out what this is going to cost (anyone have an idea?).

I figure between these three things I might get them to come down another $200-800 to make up for the cost of repairs?
