Replacing my 'old' headlights for clear-lights? S40 1997

Hi all,

One of my wishes is to replace my S40 mark I head-lights with the much nicer looking 'clear-glass' headlights as being used in the S40 mark II models. Can any one suggest where I can order these lights and if I would get into trouble when trying to replace them ?

Does my car need modifications to use these new type of headlights ?
