What actually is the "special tool' for resetting the service light? 850 1997

Check out this site. The tool for 150.00 is the same one as on EBAY. The 10 in one tool near the bottom of the page.......

Note that many of these tools show fuel pressure and other stuff while the engine is on. Very handy it looks like.
